Our short course programs are designed and customised to meet the needs of your organisation and your people. We do not offer off the shelf programs as we believe one size does not fit all.
CAL understands how time poor organisations are and just how difficult it has become to release a key person such as your frontline manager or team leader to attend a whole day workshop.
So, we have designed SHORT COURSE MODULES instead of whole day (or more) workshops.
These MODULES are similar to short course workshops, delivered over a 3 HOUR BLOCK with the same combination of theory and activities.
Participants are then encouraged to practice their new found skills in the workplace before attending the second module usually in another week.
All programs have total flexibility however most programs are two, three or four modules with the facility to “bolt on” extra modules that create value for participants.
Each module in a short course ‘series’ builds on the previous one. For example CAL offers a short course on Customer Engagement which is split into four by 3 hour modules. Module 1 provides the overview while each following module builds the depth.
Depending on the course and your own organisational needs, you may only opt for module 1 from a specific short course. Modules from other courses can be bolted on to this to design the right program for you and your people.
All courses are designed to assist participants to manage real life situations and provide proven techniques for dealing with a variety of challenging situations that can be applied immediately on the job.
Support coaching is offered for all participants to ensure maximum effectiveness from each program and, as an extra incentive you can align the learning to an accredited program and build credits towards a qualification.
