All College students undertaking the program are allocated a workplace coach. This coach will work closely with your line manager to ensure that the training design is a good fit with the business and, with your own personal learning style. Individual program design
Every person is different, so the College takes the time to design the most suitable learning program for you.
Each program is unique and designed to meet the needs of the individual.
