How Is The Training Delivered?
We now offer three delivery methods to suit everyone's needs. You can choose from: Face-to-Face Delivery, Online Delivery or a Blended Delivery of both face-to-face and online.
The Face-to-Face Program is delivered over 5 intensive whole day workshops covering the core knowledge and critical skills, as well as a supporting online learning program including webinars, tutorials, group forums, case studies & workbooks.
The Online Program can be taken at your own time, pace and convenience and includes regular feedback and personal assistance from our trained facilitators.
The blended Diploma of Human Resources Management is a great option for time poor professionals who really appreciate the benefits of networking with and learning from peers but just don’t have the time to attend the full workshop program.
This innovative program consists of 2 days training + online, giving you the best of both worlds as you attend day 1, get to meet your facilitator and the other professionals in your group and then commence a day of cutting edge, confronting and challenging discussion – that really focuses you on the new paradigm of HR Management in Australia today – this discussion is guaranteed to re-ignite your passion & confirm your HRM career choice.
You then complete the online learning over the next 12 weeks and then re-convene to consolidate your learning, finalise the program and prepare for assessment. Of course, once you have met with your peers on day 1 it is easy to keep this lively interaction, discussion and debate going through the online forum where Michael your HRM facilitator will also be an active participant.
Our online learning program is without doubt the most comprehensive program available in Australia today and its flexible design means you can opt in and out of tutorials so you only learn what you don’t already know. The online program will ensure that you have the HRM Body of Knowledge (HRMBoK) at your fingertips along with a wide selection of tools and templates to make your professional practice much easier to manage.
We know this blended program is the best on offer in Australia today and we are confident that you will recognise this as soon as you commence.
“The financial performance of the world’s largest corporations has demonstrated that a people-orientated business can have a major impact in creating value and profits just as maximising return on investment through the effective use of capital does.”
Michael Meere, HR Expert Author, Trainer and Master Coach, March 2009
