How Does It Work?
This fully flexible program has been designed from feedback received by our students – all busy people like you! Our students all wanted more options to either extend their program to better align with their need for information as their project progresses or to complete it quickly in an intensive mode before their project or new job commences. So, our new design is structured to suit a wide range of learning needs and study options.
The program comprises 5 modules (or workshops) & commences with a brief online (or self paced if your prefer) primer completed prior to the intensive 2 x day Project Essentials workshop program. You can then elect to complete the other 3 modules required for successful completion of the Diploma program at workshops set a month apart (we have schedule the entire workshop program over 4 months) or you can elect to complete some or all of the remaining 3 workshops online and complete the program in a month or so. The choice is yours.
You can complete a workshop based program in ONLY 5 DAYS or less (with some online). This delivery mode gives you the opportunity to practice, apply and consolidate learning in chunks and, as you progress through your own project, with plenty of opportunity for de-briefing.
“It was very educational with professional presentations, good coverage on all related subjects and a very good flow.”
Gary Dennis
“Overall the program is very useful and is organised and run well.”
