The management of an organisation’s Human Resources has always been an essential business operation but now, in the 21st century it is also becoming strategic in its own right and the demand for HR professionals is increasing exponentially. The Australian Government's Job Outlook website is signalling strong jobs growth for human resources managers for the next few years, with high salaries and full-time positions common.

About The Program
This program has been designed and developed by Michael Meere our HRM specialist. Michael has worked in HRM for more than 30 years and has trained/educated many of the HRM professionals working in Australia today. As well as this program, Michael delivers undergraduate and post graduate qualifications in HRM.
This qualification comprises 10 units carefully selected by Michael to provide you with the key & critical skills you will need to be an effective HR Professional.

- BSBWRK410A - Implement industrial relations procedures
- BSBRES401A - Analyse and present research information

- BSBWOR401A - Establish effective workplace relationships
- BSBWRT401A - Write complex documents
- BSBOHS407A - Monitor a safe workplace
- BSBCUS402A - Address customer needs
There is some flexibility in the program design to enable students to select other units where they require a specific unit (not listed here) for their current job role.
Who Is It Designed For?
This course is suitable for people new to HR as well as HR Officers, payroll officers and others looking to move their career forward in a high job demand career. The Certificate IV in Human Resources is recognised as the entry-level certification for employment as a HR officer or for undertaking part of the HR function.

This course is delivered over 6 months with 1 facilitator-led interactive workshop every 4 weeks. This allows participants the flexibility to schedule their learning and ongoing work responsibilities. These are full day workshops, run form 9am-5pm.
