About The Program

The Certificate IV in Retail Management is designed for busy professionals working long hours. It is offered over 12 workshop sessions scheduled in the late afternoon (4-8pm) and is further supported by your own retail coach and online delivery.

The units in this program have been selected from feedback received by a wide range of Retail Professionals who requested an accessible workshop program where they could interact with other professionals and discuss opportunities and new ideas in retail management.

The program design is entirely flexible for individuals who may prefer to specialise in specific fields of retail such as HRM, Finance, Inventory Mgt & Merchandising to name a few. Where this is the case you can either elect to attend specialised workshops outside of the retail stream OR you can elect to study online or via flexible delivery.
